The Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence Certificate is a university-wide certificate equipping undergraduate learners with foundational AI knowledge, ethical frameworks, and applied skills needed to engage responsibly with technologies shaping society and the workforce.

The B.S. in Data Science is an interdisciplinary program that incorporates mathematics and statistics, applied computation and programming, ethics and communication.

Howard Graduate School's fully online interdisciplinary M.S. in Applied Data Science and Analytics program prepares data-driven leaders to generate, analyze, interpret, and present complex data in compelling ways that solve real-world problems.

The Center for Applied Data Science and Analytics (CADSA) coordinates and facilitates interdisciplinary programs in data science, data analytics, and AI; collaborates with other institutes and centers on the campus; expands and coordinates research funding; and develops research and educational linkages that will include internship and placement programs with sponsoring corporations and government agencies.

Under the leadership of Enterprise Technology Services at Howard University, ODA collaborates with internal stakeholders to monitor leading indicators, including data analytics and artificial intelligence, to target and matriculate a diverse mix of high-potential undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.
