Access Services connects you to everything you need to make the most of the library. Whether you're checking out a book, picking up course reserves, or navigating your library account, this is your go-to support hub.

  • Borrow Materials: Check out books, media, and other resources from our collections. Renew items, place holds, and manage your loans through your library account.
  • Course Reserves: Get short-term access to textbooks and essential course materials that faculty have set aside for your class.
  • Study Spaces: Reserve group study rooms or find quiet areas to focus—perfect for solo work or collaboration.

Enterprise Technology Services (ETS)

ETS is available in UGL for your convenience. The walkup service can assist you with technical issues that you may have with your device or questions about accessing software applications provided by the university. ETS provides:

Real-time updates on your place in line

A more visible, student-centered service environment

Personalized, streamlined tech support 

In-person support, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
